Digital Downloads

All digital poster files are delivered instantly and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link has been accessed, as the product is delivered immediately in full. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, contact us at vaskokos002@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

 

Printed Posters

Each printed poster is produced to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

 

We will always replace or refund a printed order that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please email us at vaskokos002@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free reprint or a full refund.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your printed order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will track the shipment and send a replacement or refund if it is confirmed lost.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email vaskokos002@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and (for printed items) a photo of the product received. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
