How do digital downloads work?
After you purchase a digital design, you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email right away. Files are high-resolution and ready to print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.
What file format and size do I get with a digital download?
Digital files are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PDF files sized to match the print dimensions shown on the product page, so they're ready to print at standard poster sizes.
Does a digital purchase include a frame?
No. Digital downloads are the artwork file only, so you can print and frame it however you like. Framed and unframed physical prints are available as separate options on each product page.
How long does a printed poster take to arrive?
Printed posters are made to order. Production typically takes 2-4 business days, plus shipping: 3-6 business days within Europe, 5-9 business days to the US and Canada, and 7-14 business days elsewhere. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can I return a printed poster?
Since each poster is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or size selection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll replace it or refund you free of charge. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Digital files are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, since the product is delivered in full immediately. If you have a technical problem accessing your file, contact us and we'll help.
What sizes are available?
Most designs are available from A4 / 8x10in up to A0 / 30x40in. Exact sizes and prices are listed in the options on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship printed posters worldwide. Digital downloads are available everywhere, instantly.
Can I use your posters commercially?
Our designs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only (printing and displaying in your own home or gifting). Resale or commercial use of the artwork or files is not permitted.
